Operator and purpose. Armed Response Companies Pretoria is an independent referral website, not the official Fidelity ADT website. The website operator is employed by Fidelity and may receive a referred payment if a customer signs up through this independent referral website.
Information collected and purposes. We collect the contact, property, moving and security-requirement information you provide, together with consent, referral source and campaign details. We use it to review your request, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, prioritise a request, and submit it to Fidelity ADT only so that Fidelity ADT may contact you about the services requested. We do not operate a marketplace or sell your enquiry to other providers.
Consent and sharing. We record whether you gave consent, the consent wording version, the date and time, and the source page. We do not submit your information to Fidelity ADT unless you provide the stated consent.
Retention. We retain lead information for 90 days unless a legal or documented operational requirement requires longer. An authorised operator periodically removes records that are no longer required.
Correction or deletion. To request correction or deletion, use the website contact form at the Fidelity ADT enquiry form, quote your lead reference, and state that the request is about a privacy correction or deletion. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned before acting.
Emergencies. This website is not an emergency service and is not for emergencies. Contact SAPS, emergency services or your current security provider if immediate assistance is required.
